Therapies

Atlas Therapies provides a range of complementary therapies, which can be used alongside conventional healthcare, to help you maintain good general health or restore physical, mental and emotional balance. Specialising in promoting women's health throughout all life stages.

Reflexology

Based on the principle that the feet can be seen as a map of the body, where each body part is represented by a corresponding reflex point on the foot. The aim of reflexology is to restore balance and clear energy blockages within the body by applying pressure in a specific way.

Massage

Eases tension and promotes relaxation by working the soft tissues of the body using specific techniques. Can be energising and stimulating or calming and relaxing. Can be a whole body treatment or customised to just target specific aches or areas of tension.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of plant and flower essential oils for therapeutic purposes. Each oil has its own properties which affect the mind, body and emotions differently. They can be applied in a variety of ways and are absorbed into the body via the skin and lungs and into the blood stream where they are circulated around the body.
