Here at Atlas Therapies we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide the goods and services you have requested from us.  We will never share your data with third-parties for marketing purposes.

From time to time we would like to contact you with details of other offers, competitions and new services/products we provide.

If you consent to us contacting you for this purpose please tick to say you consent to contact by email.

Cancellation Policy

Atlas Therapies has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy meaning that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (or do not arrive for your appointment without notice) you will not be refunded for the service that you have booked. If you were using a gift certificate, the gift certificate will become void. 

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you are required to give at least 24 hours notice to do so. Your payment for the original appointment will not be refunded but will be transferred to your new appointment.

Timekeeping

Atlas Therapies will always respect your time by ensuring that your appointment starts and finishes as close to the scheduled time as possible. If you are late for your appointment, your allotted appointment time will not be extended and it is at my discretion whether we can complete the treatment within the time we have remaining, however, full payment for the treatment will be required.

For example, if arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment will not be extended by 15 minutes and payment for the full appointment will be due.

Returns Policy

Atlas Therapies will offer you a refund on unused items returned to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. Simply return the item/s to Atlas Therapies in their original condition within 28 days of receipt following the steps below. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 working days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on used items.

To return any items please email: Rachael@atlastherapies.co.uk with your order number and we will provide the returns address.

Damaged Items

We recommend that you inspect your entire order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact rachael@atlastherapies.co.uk as soon as possible.  Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gifts Certificates must be used within 12 months and redeemed within a single transaction.  Gift Certificates can be used as part payment and outstanding balance from the transaction be completed using cash or card. Sales of gift certificates are final and non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. When using a gift certificated you must abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you purchased a gift certificate with a promotion applied, the promotion is only valid for 6 months. If you use the gift certificate after this time, the difference in price is required to be paid by cash or card at the time of your appointment.
